The Muncie CS8S-M6512-P3BX or CS8SM6512P3BX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and those flanges rotate to maximize clearance in the installation bay. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - support a range of remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is switched off. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
