The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8S-U6003-A3B5 or CS8SU6003A3B5, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO sized at 11.63 in. x 13.38 in. x 15.63 in. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, through six transmission input gear options. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance around the pump. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
