The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6004-A3BX or CS8SU6004A3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series units. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and the flanges are rotatable to give maximum clearance for the pump. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
