The Muncie CS8S-U6004-E1BX (also referenced as CS8SU6004E1BX) is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It covers a wide range of automatic and manual transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 flanges, all of which are rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for added flexibility in remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
