The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6005-E1BP or CS8SU6005E1BP, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to mount on most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards; the flanges rotate to maximize clearance for the pump. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
