The Muncie CS8S-U6005-P1ZX (also referenced as CS8SU6005P1ZX) is a CS8 Series power take-off unit built for 8-bolt clutch-shift applications. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, covering a broad range of popular automatic and manual transmissions. Direct-mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote-mount output shaft configurations, keyed and flange types, add further flexibility for remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents unwanted shaft rotation when the PTO is off. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
