The Muncie CS8S-U6005-E3BX or CS8SU6005E3BX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift mechanism. This PTO is compatible with a broad range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 available transmission input gear configurations. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are fully rotatable for maximum clearance in tight engine compartments. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for flexibility in pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
