The Muncie CS8S-U6812-E3BX or CS8SU6812E3BX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including common Allison 1000/2000 series applications. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, and all direct mount flanges are rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is compatible for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
