The Muncie CS8S-M6509-E3BX (also referenced as CS8SM6509E3BX) is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It accepts 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges for pump positioning clearance. Three remote mount output shaft choices - keyed and flange types - provide flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
