The Muncie CS8S-U6806-A1IX (also referenced as CS8SU6806A1IX) is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's CS8 Series. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, and accepts direct mount pumps in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" configurations as well as DIN 5462 mounts. Rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for added versatility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
