The Muncie CS8S-U6806-A3SX (also referenced as CS8SU6806A3SX) is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. This PTO carries Muncie's patented drag brake, which prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance and accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump interfaces. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive configurations. The CS8 Series is designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series.
