The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8S-U6806-H1PX or CS8SU6806H1PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and all flanges are rotatable to allow maximum pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - add flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
