The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-E1KS or CS8SU6807E1KS, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" configurations, plus DIN 5462, are rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
