The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-E3KD or CS8SU6807E3KD, is designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable, allowing the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance, and are compatible with SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump interfaces. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
