The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-H1KP or CS8SU6807H1KP, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
