The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-P1EX or CS8SU6807P1EX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatile remote pump drive configurations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
