The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-A1KW or CS8SU6809A1KW, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to position the pump for maximum clearance, and the SAE "A", "B", and "BB" plus DIN 5462 mount patterns cover most popular pump configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
