The Muncie CS8B-U6809-A1KW or CS8BU6809A1KW is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the Muncie CS8 Series. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 available transmission input gear configurations. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, with rotatable flanges to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft styles - keyed and flange types - support versatility in remote pump drive installations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
