The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-A3BX or CS8SU6809A3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Direct mount pump options include S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
