The Muncie CS8S-U6809-A3EX or CS8SU6809A3EX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers 19 transmission input gear combinations, three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types, and direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations. The rotatable direct mount flanges let you position a pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents unintended shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position.
