The Muncie CS8S-M6509-A3EX or CS8SM6509A3EX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. The unit offers direct mount pump compatibility with SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types, giving installers flexibility for remote pump drive setups.
