The Muncie CS8S-U6809-A3KX or CS8SU6809A3KX is a CS8 Series 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off built to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, 19 input gear configurations in total. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for flexible remote pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" standards as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
