The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E1KD or CS8SU6809E1KD is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It fits many popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 transmission input gear configurations. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types, supporting versatile remote pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges are rotatable to allow maximum pump clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position.
