The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E1KP or CS8SU6809E1KP is a CS8 Series 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off covering a wide range of automatic and manual transmission applications, including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. Direct mount flanges are rotatable, allowing clearance positioning for the pump. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types, and direct mount pump pads conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation in the off position. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
