The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-E3KC or CS8SU6809E3KC, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. Direct mount pump options cover S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 flanges, and the rotatable direct mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
