The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-P1VX or CS8SU6809P1VX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges are SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 compatible, and the flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange configurations for versatile pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
