The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-F3CX or CS8SU6809F3CX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance and accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options -- keyed and flange types -- provide flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
