The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-H1IX or CS8SU6809H1IX, is an 8-bolt clutch-shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It supports S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump configurations, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - available in keyed and flange types - add flexibility for various pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
