The Muncie CS8S-U6809-R1KX or CS8SU6809R1KX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through a choice of 19 transmission input gear configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the rotatable flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
