The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6812-P3ZX or CS8SU6812P3ZX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 patterns, and all flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
