The Muncie SH6S-M6509-E1PX (also referenced as SH6SM6509E1PX) is an SH Series air-shift power take-off built for high-torque applications. The SH Series fills the gap between the TG and 82 Series PTOs, using an integral air shift design that keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed with no external exposure. The 6-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely and provides the structural strength demanded by heavy-duty hydraulic work. With 17 input gear sets, this PTO fits most popular transmission configurations, and 12 output shaft options accommodate most common pump types. Five speed ratios are available within the series; depending on the ratio, intermittent torque ratings reach up to 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) at 1,000 RPM.
