The Muncie SH6S-M6509-A1CX or SH6SM6509A1CX is an SH Series air-shift power take-off built for high-torque truck applications. Part of the SH Series, which Muncie positioned between the TG and 82 Series, it features an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder, a 6-bolt cast iron housing, and compatibility with 17 input gear sets to fit most popular transmissions. Five speed ratios and 12 output shaft options give this unit broad pump compatibility. Depending on the speed ratio selected, intermittent torque ratings range from 325 to 400 lb-ft and continuous torque from 228 to 280 lb-ft at 1,000 RPM.
