The Muncie SH8S-M6505-E3IX or SH8SM6505E3IX is an SH8 Series power take-off built specifically for high torque applications. This air-shift-only PTO features an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder, housed in a cast iron 8-bolt body for straightforward mounting. Five available speed ratios cover a range of output demands, with intermittent torque ratings up to 400 lb.ft. at the two fastest speed ratios. Seventeen input gear sets make it compatible with most popular transmission configurations, and 12 output shaft options accommodate a wide variety of pump types.
