The Muncie SH8 Series Power Take-Off, part number SH8S-S6809-P3BX or SH8SS6809P3BX, is an air-shift-only PTO engineered for high-torque applications. It fills the performance gap between the Muncie TG and 82 Series, delivering up to 400 lb-ft of intermittent torque (542 Nm) at speed ratios 05 and 07, and 76 HP intermittent at 1,000 RPM. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts easily to the transmission and provides structural strength. With 17 input gear sets and 12 output shaft options, this unit covers most popular transmissions and pump types. Five available speed ratios add flexibility across a range of duty cycles.
