Permatex 68050 Bearing Mount for Relaxed Fits is an OEM specified anaerobic adhesive of medium viscosity, supplied in a 50 ml bottle. It cures without air between close-fitting metal parts and holds slip fit assemblies in place, with a shear strength of 4,000 PSI on steel and fixture in 10 minutes at room temperature. Typical jobs include wheel bearings, idler shafts and press-fit bearings, and it can stand in for set screws, clamp rings and snap rings on the joint. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
