Footnotes From the Manual

Items 68 to 70 and 73 to 75 of the parts list have no single part number. The manual sends them to these footnotes instead, because the right shim or spacer ring is whichever one gives the specified end float. Every part they name is listed and buyable above.

1. Item 68, shims, input shaft. Select shims to obtain .003" tight to .003" loose end float on the input shaft.
   Choose from: 744-1322 (.030" coral), 744-2322 (.015" pink), 744-3322 (.005" blue), 744-4322 (.002" red)
2. Item 69, shims, rear output shaft. Select shims to obtain .003" tight to .003" loose end float on the rear output shaft.
   Choose from: 744-0278 (.030" coral), 744-0279 (.015" pink), 744-0282 (.005" blue), 744-0283 (.002" red)
3. Item 70, shims, intermediate shaft. Select shims to obtain .003" tight to .003" loose end float on the intermediate shaft.
   Choose from: 744-0369-001 (.002", 1 notch), 744-0369-002 (.005", 2 notches), 744-0369-003 (.015", 3 notches), 744-0369-004 (.030", 4 notches)
4. Item 73, bearing spacer ring, front output shaft. Select a spacer ring to obtain .003" to .008" end float on the front output shaft.
   Choose from: 756-0233-003 (.306"), 756-0233-004 (.311"), 756-0233-005 (.316"), 756-0233-006 (.321"), 756-0233-007 (.326"), 756-0233-008 (.331"), 756-0233-009 (.336")
5. Item 74, bearing spacer ring, intermediate shaft underdrive gear. Select a spacer ring to obtain .000" to .002" end float on the intermediate shaft underdrive gear.
   Choose from: 756-0268-001 (.234"), 756-0268-002 (.237"), 756-0268-003 (.240"), 756-0268-004 (.243"), 756-0268-005 (.246")
6. Item 75, bearing spacer ring, input shaft direct drive gear. Select a spacer ring to obtain .000" to .002" end float on the input shaft direct drive gear.
   Choose from: 756-0268-006 (.417"), 756-0268-007 (.420"), 756-0268-008 (.423"), 756-0268-009 (.426"), 756-0268-010 (.429")
