Fabco declutch carrier gasket P/N 4270375 or 427-0375 seals the declutch carrier on Fabco steerable drive axle and transfer case assemblies. This gasket sets the mating surface between the carrier housing and its cover, helping keep lubricant in and contaminants out at the declutch section. It supersedes the older part number 427-375. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission as a genuine Fabco component.
