The Chelsea 272HDLLP-B8SD is a 6-bolt hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 272 Series. The 272 Series consolidates several earlier medium-duty PTO lines into a single versatile unit rated for up to 300 lb-ft intermittent torque. It is available with pneumatic or hydraulic shift and comes with an integral air control valve. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options, covering direct-mount and driveshaft output configurations. The 272 Series supports a Wet-Spline option for extended PTO and pump shaft life, and a Smart-Start option for high-torque start-up conditions. Common applications include aerial, towing and recovery, construction equipment, and water trucks.
