The Chelsea 272UDMGP-V3RF is a 6-bolt hot shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 272 Series. The 272 Series consolidates multiple earlier medium-duty PTO lines into a single platform rated for up to 300 lb-ft of intermittent torque. It supports both pneumatic and hydraulic shift options and includes an integral air control valve. The series offers nine speed ratios and 18 shift configurations, with direct-mount and driveshaft output styles. Direct-mount configurations are available with optional Wet-Spline technology for extended pump and PTO shaft service life, while driveshaft outputs support the Smart-Start option for high-torque engagement conditions. Common applications include aerial work platforms, construction equipment, water trucks, and towing and recovery vehicles.
