The Chelsea 281GSFJR-B5RF is a 281 Series hydraulically shifted (PowerShift) power take-off built for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, including Allison and Caterpillar applications. The 281 Series is an evolution of the Chelsea 280 Series, featuring a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than its gray iron predecessor, an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load, and clutch pack steel discs that are 80% thicker than the previous design. The series carries a continuous torque rating of 390 lb-ft and supports output power of 56+ HP. Nine available speed ratios cover both low- and high-speed demands.
