The Chelsea 282XPAJX-15RK is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from the 282 Series, an 8-bolt mount unit with pneumatic shift. The 282 Series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and delivers up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output shaft options within the series include a 1-1/4" round shaft with 5/16" key or a 1" round shaft with 1/4" key. Designed for demanding mobile applications including aerial equipment, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery, the 282 Series features a continuous-duty torque rating, integral air valve, and rotatable flanges. The 282 Series was developed as a redesign of the medium-duty hot shift PTO line, combining the best elements of the 238 Series with upgraded internal components. The series offers nine speed ratios and 18 shift options.
