The Chelsea 878XEFJP-M3RK is a constant mesh Power Take-Off from the 878 Series, designed to mount on Allison 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series carries Chelsea's highest torque capability in its class, rated up to 670 lb-ft in both intermittent and continuous duty applications. The design features a ductile iron bearing cap that is 117% stronger than the gray iron used in prior generations, an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap for improved clamp load, and steel clutch disc thickness increased by 80% over the predecessor 877 Series. The 878 Series is Chelsea's evolution of the 877 Series PTO, with structural and sealing improvements aimed at reducing vibration-induced wear from modern engine designs.
