The Chelsea 272UDMGP-V3RB is a 272 Series 6-bolt hot shift power take-off unit. The 272 Series consolidates several earlier Chelsea medium-duty PTO lines into one flexible platform, offering nine speed ratios and 18 shift configurations. The series supports hydraulic or pneumatic shift and includes an integral air control valve. Intermittent torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft, with output power of 56+ HP. Direct-mount outputs are available with optional Wet-Spline technology for extended PTO and pump shaft life. Driveshaft outputs include Smart-Start capability for high-torque start-up conditions. The 272 Series is built for aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck applications.
