The Chelsea 489DAMAX-P6XD is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off (PTO) from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO opening, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. The P6XD designation indicates a pressure lube configuration and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque of 201-300 lb-ft and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Shift is mechanical via wire or cable.
