The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off, part number 288GGFJP-M3RK or 288GGFJPM3RK, is a heavy-duty 10-bolt constant mesh PTO built on the 281 Series platform. It carries a continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and features ductile iron bearing caps rated 117% stronger than gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibrational effects from modern engine designs. The standard output shaft uses a positive-stop design to prevent oil seal damage at driveline couplings. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high ranges. Wet Spline lubrication is available, extending pump shaft life 7 to 10 times compared to dry-spline operation. The supply hose is included.
