The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off (part number 288GGFJP-M5XD or 288GGFJPM5XD) is a heavy-duty, 10-bolt constant mesh PTO built on the 281 Series platform. It delivers a single continuous duty torque rating and a round output shaft with a 1-inch, 1/4-inch key configuration. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects while improving clamp load. The positive-stop output shaft eliminates oil seal damage from shaft couplings. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed applications. Wet Spline Lubrication is available, providing 7 to 10 times greater shaft life by circulating fresh oil through the PTO and pump shaft. The hose is included.
