The Chelsea 272NBHVP-P3RF or 272NBHVPP3RF is a 6-bolt hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 272 Series, a medium-duty platform that consolidates earlier 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series PTOs into a single, versatile unit. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air control valve included. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque is rated at 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque falls in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW). Compatible transmissions include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM applications.
