The Chelsea 489CHAHX-A3XK or 489CHAHXA3XK is an 8-bolt mechanical shift power take-off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The integral one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate leak path while delivering the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series: 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm). Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Output power for the 489 Series runs 46-55 HP (31-40 kW).
