The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489CRAHX-A3XD or 489CRAHXA3XD is an 8-bolt PTO designed for most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers output power in the 46-55 HP range. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for improved load-bearing capability.
