The Chelsea 489GQAHX-V5RF or 489GQAHXV5RF is a 489 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key.
